FAQ

Q How often does the schedule of classes change?

A

Kollage class sessions are held in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Starting and ending dates for these sessions will vary but Kollage ties schedules in with the surrounding school districts.

Q How is the age-range for each class determined?

A

Age ranges for classes are based on what we have found to work best for a child's artistic development and also their social level. Kollage offers a wide range of classes for a variety of ages.

Q What if the class I want is already filled?

A

Waitlists are available for each class. Individuals on waitlists will be notified by Kollage if space in the class becomes available.

Q Do I need to purchase art supplies for Kollage classes?

A

All basic art materials are supplied by Kollage for the children's classes. Adults are asked to purchase their own materials.

Q How can I confirm my class registration?

A

If you have a question concerning whether you have been successfully registered for a class, please contact Coco Robinson, at crkollage@aol.com. Due to the cost of postage, registrations received by mail are not confirmed unless we receive a stamped return envelope with the initial registration form.

Q What is Kollage's refund policy?

A Kollage will only issue refunds when a class is canceled due to low enrollment. In all other circumstances a credit will be issued. Credits are good for one year beyond the date given. Credits are subject to a $10 processing fee. If you have any further questions regarding credits or refunds, please contact Shelley Reed, at SRKollage@aol.com.
